This was his first day back from visiting his in-laws. They should've gotten back home around 5:00 yesterday evening, but there flight had been delayed so many times they didn't get home till around 9:30. Kori had planned on getting his gift when she got back, but because they were delayed she knew she wasn't going to be able to. She decided to buy something secretly in the airport for him. The airport gave them some vouchers because of the delay, so she snuck off and got him a hat and shot glass (as a joke to celebrate being 21). He had no idea until today when he opened them!
