Practicing my Photography!

Kori is a superb photographer, she did our family photos and if anyone ever saw anything she has done, they would love it.  I have been wanting to learn some helpful basics to good photography and so she said she would help me out!

Today we focused mainly on lighting and focal point. It was SUPER helpful, and Addie is a pretty good model (except she tends to move a lot...)

I came into the Kitchen this morning to find Gabe strapped to Whitney's back and Easton sitting on her hip while she was dancing with them to Disney music playing off her Pandora. It was quite the sight to see and both little boys were laughing and smiling away!

Whit sure does know how to make breakfast time adventure time!

A couple minutes later Gabe started pulling Easton's pacifier out of his mouth and then putting it back in, Easton thought it was so fun to have Gabe playing with him.

Happy Birthday Court Lykins!

Today was Court's 23rd Birthday! He got breakfast in bed, and sloppy joes for dinner.

The gifts he got were small, but thoughtful and we are glad that we could celebrate his birthday with him.

Youth Conference Day 3

Today was the last day of Youth Conference! I woke up feeling sick though, so I ended up not going.

Kylee and Blake came back early from Youth Conference to chill with me, which was thoughtful.

Today was the Workshops. They were all really good and talked about Genealogy. There is a big push going on in our stake/ward to encourage and work with the youth to get working on their genealogy.

Then there was another Dance. I hurt my calf early and actually was unable to do much dancing, but it was still good!

Youth Conference Day 1!

Today was the start of TOES (Tulsa Oklahoma East Stake) Youth Conference! I was actually not that excited to go- even though, it is usually a highlight of my summer.

This year was definitely wonderful. The workshops were awesome, and it was just overall a really neat experience opportunity!

It was crazy to think that this was my last year to be able to attend Youth Conference.
