It's a Park Day!

The weather was perfect for an afternoon at the park, so we loaded the little kids up and headed out. Whit, Court, and E met us there. It was E's first time at the park.

Easton quickly decided the park was not the place to be.

1 month and 2 weeks

I can't believe Gabriel has been here for a whole month! That is SO crazy to me. I remember when we were wondering when he was going to get here. I feel so blessed to have him here. Even in just one month he has gotten bigger.

George Washington

An older gentleman in our ward called my mom and asked her if she wanted to take the younger kids to a museum it was featuring some George Washington replicas and children under a certain age got in for free. So she got the younger kids- Addie, Cable, Caden, and Travis buckled in the car and asked me to come along a help. Gabe slept for a bit of it.

The kids seemed to have fun! Although Addie did get frustrated and one point and said, "I don't like museums, you can't touch anything!"

Until after all these pictures were taken I saw I sign that said no photography, oops...

Wedding Reception

The day couldn't have been more perfect. We finished last minute decorating and headed over to the Tori's. The weather was AMAZING. Oklahoma has a tendency to be 100+ and had been all week, but that evening it was like 90s and there was a breeze, which felt great. The event was nice and it turned out very well. The clean up was WAY faster than the setting up, that is for sure.

It was really hard to choose which pictures to put on, there are so many. But these ones I thought covered it well(:

Wedding Reception Preparation

We spent MANY days in preparation for Kori and Taylor's wedding. It started out with helping get invitations sent out, boy does your tongue get dry after licking that many envelopes. It then led into helping find/creating/setting up decorations. Thank goodness their reception was not at our house, like Whitney's, so things were way less stressful around here. We spent 2 days settting up decorations at the Brother and Sister Tori's house (Bro. Tori is a really good friend, taught seminary for 8 years, was Taylor's senor seminary teacher, they have won best backyard in Tulsa like 3 years in a row). We made tons of small boxes and then tied ribbons on them.
We had to pull the flowers off the bouquets and stick them face up in glass balls, these balls were then placed in the pool and floated around.

A gift from Eva to Kori and Taylor

The best decorating was making the flower cupcakes. Leah made TONS of little vanilla cupcakes then we stuck them onto styrofoam in flowerpots and added frosting. They went right next to the cake and looked great! People didn't even know they were cupcakes until we started taking them off and putting them on plates.

First bath

Gabe had his first bath today(: I made mom promise not to do it without me, so he didn't get it as early as he should have. He liked it! He didn't cry or get fussy at all. All the little kids were very excited to see it.
